Anastasia Allen earns a scholarship to University of California Maple Hills and joins the figure skating team. She clashes with hockey captain Nate Hawkins, but may have to rely on him when her skating partner gets injured. Sparks fly between them, but Anastasia insists she could never like a hockey player.

Characters will seem like immature spoiled brats to any reader over the age of 25. There is too much of Anastasia being the “sassy” girl that guys just love. We GET it already. Nathan was the male version of a Mary Sue (a Gary Stu?). Aaron, the “villain”, was the most interesting character, but we get zero insight into his animosity beyond “bad parents”. Wild sex scenes might keep many entertained though.
